CANCELLATION
To qualify for a return, your product must remain unused and in its original condition, including the manufacturer’s packaging.
Please ensure you provide an invoice or receipt of payment as proof of purchase.

All returns should be sent to the following address:

Returns will not be processed if the product is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributed to our error.
REFUND
Once we’ve received the returned product, our team will conduct an inspection and inform you via phone or email regarding the approval or rejection.
If the team approves the product, your refund will be initiated and automatically credited to the original method of payment within 7 to 12 working days, subject to bank policies.
5% of depreciation charges will be applied
